(hereinafter referred to as \u201cCompany\u201d) and their clients. Nomio d.o.o. is an umbrella brand for a multitude of brands listed on the Europe Stag Do website. Once the Client completes the booking, it is presumed that they accept these&nbsp; General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Cliente acepta los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones al encargar servicios a la Empresa, ya sea a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web, por correo electr\u00f3nico, por tel\u00e9fono, efectuando un pago sin pedido previo o por cualquier otro medio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client is responsible for all the costs and consequences which may occur due to incorrect information they have provided when making a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marca de la empresa y el sitio web, as\u00ed como todos sus componentes (c\u00f3digo de programaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o, fotograf\u00edas, texto, etc.) y todas las subp\u00e1ginas son propiedad intelectual de los propietarios de la empresa y, por tanto, est\u00e1n protegidos por derechos de autor. Outside of that, it will be kept private and confidential, except when applicable by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All information submitted by the Company (websites, promotional material, other agencies\u2019 information) are strictly informative and are subject to cancellation, change or modification due to heavy traffic, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9rminos que utilizamos y sus explicaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paquete<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The entire service package the Client booked, defined as a tour, day trip, or holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actividad<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; an individual activity or an activity inside the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>100% Money-Back Guaranteed<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 If we can\u2019t deliver the service as promised and the Client is not satisfied, they should communicate the complaint directly to our staff in less than 24 hours after the activity. If we agree on the issue, the Client can get the money back paid for that specific activity, but not for the whole package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Price Guarantee<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; We try to offer the best possible prices. In case competitors offer exactly the same activity or package at a lower rate, we would try to match their price if that&#8217;s possible. This is not applicable after the booking was confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservas y pagos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking more than 60 days in advance of the travel date for a package or activity with a total price of 500 \u20ac or more, we require the payment of a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance to be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking within 60 days of the departure date, full payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pago debe efectuarse mediante los m\u00e9todos y en los plazos especificados en el sitio web, a menos que se acuerde otra cosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot guarantee any availability on the required date and time before the payment or deposit is finalized.<br><br>If full payment is not received 60 days prior to the departure date, we reserve the right to cancel the activity or package and deem the deposit non refundable regardless of the Client\u2019s Cancellation Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client makes a late payment before the booking is cancelled by us, the client is obliged to pay a late fee of 19 \u20ac per day from the first day after the due date unless a different agreement has been made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client fails to cover all payments due (including all fees if any) in full within 7 days of receiving a reminder, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to the availability of chosen arrangements, we will confirm an activity or package by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the client who booked the activity or package, regardless of the amount of people in the group. The final offer stands as a confirmation statement of selected services and is a part of the Company\u2019s contract with the Client. Nos reservamos el derecho de aumentar el precio y el derecho de cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los precios son en \u20ac (euros) si no se indica lo contrario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Empresa podr\u00e1 solicitar un aumento del precio contratado en caso de que, una vez celebrado el contrato, se produzcan los siguientes hechos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una modificaci\u00f3n del tipo de cambio en relaci\u00f3n con la fecha de publicaci\u00f3n del programa,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cambio de los costes de transporte (combustible, peaje, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A change in hotels or carriers\u2019 fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company can inform customers of the change verbally or in writing. The Client may cancel the tour free of charge if the changed price is more than 10% higher, at the latest within 48 hours after the notice. If the customer fails to cancel the tour within the stated term, it shall be deemed that they agree to the changed price. The published prices are the result of the Company\u2019s contract with suppliers\/partners and they may not correspond to the prices stated on the spot, at the Client\u2019s destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que el Cliente llegue tarde a una actividad, siempre intentaremos proporcionarle la actividad m\u00e1s tarde de lo previsto originalmente, pero si esto no es posible, no tendr\u00e1 derecho a reembolso. Los clientes aceptan la autoridad y las decisiones de nuestros empleados, gu\u00edas y afiliados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Empresa se reserva el derecho de cancelar un viaje o las actividades en cualquier circunstancia, pero se esforzar\u00e1 por evitarlo a menos que sea absolutamente necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company is not accountable for any other bookings made by the Client with other providers, such as tours, transfers, flights, etc. If in the event of a changed itinerary, the Company does not guarantee any time of tour departure or arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguro b\u00e1sico de anulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client can buy Cancellation Insurance upon booking as a guarantee that covers the total price of the activity or package which includes most service fees and charges. The client gets a full refund in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seguro de cancelaci\u00f3n cubre lo siguiente<br>Illness &#8211; A physical or mental condition confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Injury &#8211; A bodily injury confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Death &#8211; or death of your close relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation within 48 hours after the reason for the cancellation occurs. The client gets a refund in case of cancellation for any reason, the amount depending on the time frame of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation 72 hours before the start of activity or package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30% of accommodation costs are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days before the start of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t refund costs of CFAR Insurance and payment fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COVID-19 \/ Reembolso por circunstancias extremas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of the government closing borders or any other official restrictions that prevent travel to Slovenia on your chosen dates, we offer either a date change free of charge or a refund (except for minimum administrative costs, credit card fees and possible penalty fees from the accommodation providers &#8211; no more than 30% of the accommodation price). In case of a date change, we reserve the right to adjust the booking price according to a potential price change of any part of the Client\u2019s offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguridad y privacidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being. We don\u2019t encourage any of our clients to engage in any dangerous activity or to drink excessively. The Company cannot accept any responsibility if the Client for example drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients should thoroughly evaluate their physical capabilities and mental capacities for participation in tours by the Company before their booking. In case of incapability, the Company can deny the Client\u2019s participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All venue partners (including activities, bars, restaurants, clubs, accommodations&#8230;) reserve the right to refuse the Client\u2019s entry or remove them from activities\/venues due to various reasons such as the Client being drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or practicing any anti-social behavior. The Company accepts no liability in mentioned events and refunds are not possible in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some programs include alcohol consumption and are suitable only for participants aged 18 years or older. Proof of age must be provided at the time of participation. As proof of age, we only accept official identification such as Passport, driver\u2019s license and other proof of age (18 plus) cards. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government-issued identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a booking every client agrees that the Company has the right to publish all the photos and videos that were made during the program (the photos and videos could include every client) in promotional and commercial intentions. If the Client does not agree, they should state that before the beginning of a tour\/activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage all clients to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their financial investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quejas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el Cliente tiene una queja, debe ponerla en conocimiento del gu\u00eda tur\u00edstico o del agente de reservas de inmediato. De este modo, nuestro equipo tiene la oportunidad de rectificar la situaci\u00f3n tras la evaluaci\u00f3n de la queja. Las posibles modificaciones del viaje en aras de la satisfacci\u00f3n del Cliente s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n realizarse si la queja se presenta durante el viaje. Las reclamaciones presentadas posteriormente no se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta. Si la reclamaci\u00f3n se presenta durante el viaje y el problema sigue sin resolverse, deber\u00e1 presentarse otra reclamaci\u00f3n por escrito a la Compa\u00f1\u00eda en un plazo de 24 horas tras la finalizaci\u00f3n del viaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En algunos casos, la Empresa es un intermediario entre el Cliente y un proveedor de servicios. A pesar de que nuestro equipo se dedica a buscar y prestar \u00fanicamente los mejores servicios para usted, no podemos responsabilizarnos de los errores, contratiempos o negligencias cometidos por terceras personas. En caso de que surja alg\u00fan problema con alguno de los servicios prestados por nuestro proveedor\/socio, deber\u00e1 resolverlo directamente con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obligaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients must follow the instructions by the Company, stated in correspondence, product\u2019s webpage\/brochure or instructions by the Company\u2019s guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Compa\u00f1\u00eda se reserva el derecho de cancelar el programa en cualquier momento si el Cliente no obedece las instrucciones del gu\u00eda tur\u00edstico y parece probable que ponga en peligro el progreso seguro y c\u00f3modo del tour, que el Cliente puede ser excluido de la totalidad o parte del tour. En este caso, el Cliente no tendr\u00e1 derecho a ning\u00fan reembolso y deber\u00e1 sufragar los gastos adicionales en que incurra como consecuencia de ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients need to disclose any pertinent information that could potentially affect the experience or other clients. In case crucial information is not disclosed to the Company prior to the experience and this causes any additional costs, the Client is obliged to cover them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are expected to obey local laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve the Company of all obligations that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any damage or losses caused by the Client is the responsibility of the Client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time directly to the supplier or the Company. If the Client fails to do so, they will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients need to have a valid identification document with them at all times. As stated by the law, every Slovenian citizen or country\u2019s visitor is obliged to have a valid ID present, and if asked to be identified by the police, the Client is aware that they could be charged with a penalty if they failed to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exenci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Compa\u00f1\u00eda no se hace responsable de lesiones corporales o da\u00f1os a la propiedad como resultado de (pero no limitado a): esfuerzo f\u00edsico para el que el Cliente no est\u00e9 preparado; fuerzas de la naturaleza (fuerza mayor); colisiones con bicicletas, peatones o autom\u00f3viles; condiciones de la carretera, incluidas, entre otras, la falta de arcenes y calzadas afectadas por las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas; viajes en avi\u00f3n, tren, autom\u00f3vil, barco u otro medio de transporte, o en bicicleta, esqu\u00ed, a caballo, a pie u otras formas de viaje activo o de aventura; consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas; disturbios civiles; terrorismo; aver\u00eda del equipo; gran altitud; falta de acceso o acceso limitado a atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en lugares remotos o la idoneidad de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica una vez proporcionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los clientes que no presenten una exenci\u00f3n de responsabilidad firmada antes de la salida no podr\u00e1n participar en el viaje y se les aplicar\u00e1 la pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitaciones de responsabilidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company is not liable for Client\u2019s extra expenses such as meals, transportation or extra hotel costs that are not included in the trip cost but may be required to get to or from a trip start or end. The Company reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications if necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and wellbeing of Clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lost Belongings: The Company is not responsible for Client\u2019s loss of passports, tickets and any other documents, as well as the loss of or damage to luggage, personal property or other belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las Condiciones Generales y la relaci\u00f3n entre el Cliente y la Empresa se regir\u00e1n por la legislaci\u00f3n local, sin tener en cuenta las disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes.
